If you have accepted the change because you wish to cancel your flight and get credit, please complete the Travel Cancellation Request form here. Your travel credit will be subject to the Travel Bank Terms and Conditions and be valid for 12 months from the original date of issue. You will be emailed details of your Travel Bank following completion of this process.
